Highlight a Entrance way

A popular use for topiary ball trees is to highlight doors and entranceways. Similar to framing a view using topiary around a doorway, this is a successful method for emphasizing an entrance. When using topiary around a door, make sure the size of the topiary is in proportion to the size of the door. As a rule I like the top of the topiary to be between 1/2 to 2/3's the height of the door.
