Use a Large Terracotta Garden Planter as a Lawn Feature

Large expanses of green lawn can be very attractive but adding a feature planter within a lawn space can totally change the feel of a yard and add interest. In this example a large terracotta planter has been added as a central focus point and although it can't be seen in this photo, the designer has used paving slabs of a similar color to the house to create continuity through the garden.
