Use a Garden Bridge to Cross a Pond

This is probably the main use of garden bridges across the landscape. This example is quite a good one as it shows how to incorporate a garden bridge into a existing pond effectively. By having the bridge positioned near the edge of the pond it still gives the impression of the bridge spanning the water but without having to have a large and expensive bridge built. The other main advantage of this method is that the bridge supports are outside the pond so the issue of trying to seal the pond around the bridge is not a problem.
